Application Process — Step by Step
Property Assessment
Properties are assessed and rated based on current market values.
Receive Rate Bill
Rate bills are issued annually to all property owners.
Visit Finance Office
Visit the Finance Department or any GNMA collection point.
Payment
Pay your rates via cash, mobile money (MoMo), or bank.
Obtain Receipt
Collect your official payment receipt as proof of compliance.
Annual Renewal
