Municipal Coordinating Director
The Municipal Coordinating Director (MCD) is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Ga North Municipal Assembly and the head of the civil service establishment within the Assembly. The MCD is appointed by the Local Government Service and works under the direction of the Municipal Chief Executive.
The MCD is responsible for coordinating and directing the departments and units of the Assembly, ensuring efficient administration and effective service delivery to all residents of the Ga North Municipality.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all Assembly departments and units
Supervise and direct staff of the Assembly
Advise the MCE on administrative matters
Ensure proper records and document management
Prepare and submit reports to the Assembly
Coordinate planning and budgeting processes
Manage human resource affairs of the Assembly
Facilitate inter-departmental communication
